Frequently Asked Questions

1) What are your Hours of Operation?
Our office is open Monday through Friday. Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

2) What should I do in a medical emergency?
When you call with an critical problem, be sure to say, “THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!”

If an emergency arises during office hours, call our office and ask for your doctor’s nurse. The nurse will notify your doctor immediately and instruct you as to the action to take.

After hours a physician is always on call.  If you have an urgent problem when our office is closed, call the office number (360) 695-1334.  You will be directed to a number for the on call physician who will pick up the phone, or if you leave a message he/she will return your call within ten minutes.

Except in a critical situation, please check with your doctor before going to a hospital emergency room. Many medical problems can be handled more quickly, expeditiously, and inexpensively in our office.

In an extreme situation, go immediately to a hospital emergency room or dial 911.
