Please telephone in advance for an appointment to be sure that the doctor or nurse is available.
Appointments for comprehensive physical examinations and annual checkups are scheduled up to six weeks in advance.
Unless you request more time when you make the appointment, we schedule a quarter of an hour for most visits. If you have an urgent medical problem, your physician’s nurse will try to work you into the daily schedule. If you need attention when your personal physician is not available, another doctor will give you prompt, capable care.
Please try to be on time for appointments. We will do our best to see you at the scheduled time. If an emergency causes an unexpected delay, we will alert you to the situation and reschedule your appointment if that is most convenient.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to keep 2 or more scheduled appointments may result in termination from our clinic. New patients that do not keep their appointment or fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation may not be rescheduled.
When you come in for your appointment, be sure to tell the receptionist of any changes in your insurance coverage, telephone number, address, or marital status.
